Xbox 360 Price Cut

If you are one of the few gamers out there that haven't purchased a next-generation console as of yet, you might be able to purchase one and pay for gas (fill your tank once) at the same time.

1up.com reported to day that more mysterious advertisements have surfaced that suggest that there may be a $50 price cut for the premium edition Xbox 360.

This would mean that the console would retail for $299.99.

They received this information from various other sources who first got word from nameless employees at both RadioShack and K-Mart and suggest that the price-cut may be made effective between July 6th and 13th.

This would place the oldest of the three next-gen consoles nearer to the Wii's $249.99 price tag and further from the 40 GB Playstation at $399.99.

So hold off on your Xbox 360 purchase for a little longer.
